2 tablespoons La Costeña® mayonnaise with lime juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
6 La Costeña® pickled long chili peppers
3 slices La Costeña® canned pineapple
1/4 cups red onion, fileted
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon liquid from a can of pickled chili peppers
salt
pepper
parsley, for garnish
rice, for accompaniment

On a cutting board, butterfly the shrimp, season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix La Costeña® mayonnaise with lemon juice, butter, soy sauce, La Costeña® hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Brush the shrimp with the previous mixture and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place the shrimp in a strainer and cook on a grill on both sides until cooked through.
On the same grill, roast the La Costeña® canned pineapple and chop it into cubes on a cutting board.
On a cutting board, slice the La Costeña® pickled long peppers into thin strips.
For the tropical sauce, in a bowl, mix the La Costeña® pickled long peppers, La Costeña® canned pineapple, red onion, lemon juice, oregano, the pickling liquid from the peppers, salt, and pepper.
