Grilled Swordfish

A delicious grilled swordfish steak, with a hint of white wine.

  • 4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 100 milliliters white wine
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • vegetable oil, for the grill

  • In a glass baking dish, mix the garlic, white wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, seasoning of your choice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the steaks in the dish to marinate.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning them frequently.
  • Preheat the grill or griddle on high heat and lightly grease with oil.
  • Grill the steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
