In a glass baking dish, mix the garlic, white wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, seasoning of your choice, salt, and pepper. Place the steaks in the dish to marinate. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning them frequently. Preheat the grill or griddle on high heat and lightly grease with oil. Grill the steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
