Grilled Swordfish with Soy Sauce

This swordfish is very tasty, it's super light and a very complete meal served with salad.

  • 4 slices swordfish
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce

  • Mix the spices with the salt on a flat plate and coat both sides of the fish slices. If necessary, add a little more paprika, as it gives a nice color.
  • Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and set aside. Grill the fish on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side. It should be well browned.
  • Put soy sauce on the plate where we will serve it and place the fish on top.
