Mix the spices with the salt on a flat plate and coat both sides of the fish slices. If necessary, add a little more paprika, as it gives a nice color.
Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and set aside.
Grill the fish on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side. It should be well browned.
Put soy sauce on the plate where we will serve it and place the fish on top.
