Ingredients: 4 slices swordfish; 1/4 teaspoons salt; 1/2 teaspoons paprika; 1/4 teaspoons pepper; 1 clove garlic; 2 tablespoons lime juice; 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano; 1/2 cups soy sauce

Mix the spices with the salt on a flat plate and coat both sides of the fish slices. If necessary, add a little more paprika, as it gives a nice color. Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and set aside. Grill the fish on a hot grill for about 3 minutes on each side. It should be well browned.
