Grilled Swordfish with Soy Sauce

This swordfish is very rich, it is super light and a very complete meal served with salad.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 slices of swordfish
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground oregano
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce

    Preparation

    Mix the spices with the salt in an extended dish and cover the slices of fish on both sides. If it is necessary to add a little more paprika, it gives a nice color.
    Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and reserve. Grill the fish on a hot grill for 3 minutes on each side. It should look good golden.
    Put soy sauce on the plate in which we are going to serve it and place the fish on top.

    PRESENTATION

    It is served with a salad of carrots and cucumbers cut into strips.

    This dish can also be made with tuna steaks.
