Mojarra Ceviche

Super fresh and delicious mojarra ceviche. In Mexico, mojarra ceviche is very popular, the flavor is very characteristic.

  • 1/2 kilos lemon colima, little green

  • 3 tomatillos
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro

  • Chop the mojarra into small squares.
  • Add the finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.
  • Empty the juice of the lemons, for one that covers and is tanned, let it rest for an hour and a half.
