Mojarra Ceviche

Super fresh and delicious mojarra ceviche. In Mexico, mojarra ceviche is very popular, and it has a very characteristic flavor.

  • 1/2 kilos mojarra fish, fresh
  • 1/2 kilos lemon colima, small green
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles
  • pepper
  • 1 package tostadas
  • 1 avocado, into slices

  • Cut the mojarra into small cubes.
  • Add finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the juice of the lemons over it, enough to cover and marinate, and let it rest for an hour and a half.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop the tomato, cucumber, cilantro, and chili and set aside.
  • After an hour and a half, remove the excess juice, and pour in the other ingredients, adjusting the flavor with salt.
