Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Cut the fillets into individual portions. Place them in a greased baking dish.
Now combine the yogurt, mustard, onion, dill, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour and spread this cream over the salmon pieces. Bake for 5 minutes per centimeter of thickness of the fillets. When the fish is tender, remove from the oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of sweet paprika.
Finally, grill for one minute until the cheese melts and starts bubbling.
Serve hot garnished with lemon slices.
