Salmon Fillet

Perfect salmon fillet for a special dinner, very easy to prepare and also delicious.

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/3 cups yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dill, dry
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • sweet paprika

  • Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Cut the fillets into individual portions. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Now combine the yogurt, mustard, onion, dill, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour and spread this cream over the salmon pieces. Bake for 5 minutes per centimeter of thickness of the fillets. When the fish is tender, remove from the oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of sweet paprika.
  • Finally, grill for one minute until the cheese melts and starts bubbling.
  • Serve hot garnished with lemon slices.
