Preparation
Preheat the oven to 210ºC. Cut the steaks into personal portions. Put them in a greased mold.
Now combine yoghurt, mustard, onion, dill and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour and spread this cream over the pieces of salmon. Bake 5 minutes per centimeter of thickness of the steaks. When the fish is tender, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of sweet paprika.
Finally, grill on the grill for a minute until the cheese melts and starts bubbling.
Serve hot garnished with slices of lemon.
