Heat a Vasconia® Basic Skillet with Teflon ™ over medium heat with olive oil, cook the salmon, add the asparagus, season with the salt. Cook 10 minutes or until cooked, remove from pan and place in a reserve tray.
Heat a Vasconia® Skillet Basics with Teflon ™ with the olive oil and butter, add the flour and cook until golden brown, add the garlic, the whipping cream, add the white wine, the lemon juice and the fresh thyme. Cook until the sauce thickens, Reserve.
Serve salmon with mashed potatoes, asparagus, creamy lemon sauce, and sprinkled parsley. Enjoy
