Heat a Vasconia® Basics frying pan with Teflon™ over medium heat with olive oil, cook the salmon, add the asparagus, season with salt. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through, remove from the pan and place on a reserved tray. Heat a Vasconia® Basics frying pan with Teflon™ with olive oil and butter, add the flour and cook until golden brown, add the garlic, heavy cream, add the white wine, lemon juice, and fresh thyme. Cook until the sauce thickens, reserve.
