Salmon with Creamy Yellow Lemon Sauce

This delicious salmon, easy and quick to prepare with fresh asparagus, served with a creamy lemon yellow sauce and a touch of white wine, accompanied by mashed potatoes will be your favorite. Very rich!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough olive oil
  • 4 salmon, cut into pieces of approximately 200 g
  • 10 asparagus, bleached
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour, for sauce
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped, for sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for sauce
  • 1/2 cups white wine, for sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon juice, for sauce
  • 1 pinch fresh thyme, for sauce
  • 1 yellow lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste mashed potatoes, at your service

Preparation

Heat a Vasconia® Basic Skillet with Teflon ™ over medium heat with olive oil, cook the salmon, add the asparagus, season with the salt. Cook 10 minutes or until cooked, remove from pan and place in a reserve tray.
Heat a Vasconia® Skillet Basics with Teflon ™ with the olive oil and butter, add the flour and cook until golden brown, add the garlic, the whipping cream, add the white wine, the lemon juice and the fresh thyme. Cook until the sauce thickens, Reserve.
Serve salmon with mashed potatoes, asparagus, creamy lemon sauce, and sprinkled parsley. Enjoy

TIPS

To remove the scales of the salmon clean with a knife, in the opposite direction to the scales.
