  • 2 cups Kikkoman Ponzú® Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon orange jam
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 salmon fillet, with skin
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup green onion, slice
  • spinach, to accompany
  • mandarin orange, in wedges, to accompany
  • sesame seeds, for garnish
  • green onion stalks, sliced, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix Kikkoman Ponzú ® soy sauce, the jam, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Mix and set aside.
  • Place the salmon on a tray and brush with half of the sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Fry the green onion, and when it changes slightly in color, add the salmon and cook on both sides for 10 minutes.Coat with the sauce you reserved and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve the spinach and mandarins on a plate and place the salmon on top. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
