For the sauce, cut the onion, paprika, avocado and mango into very small squares.
Place the previous ingredients in a bowl and squeeze the two lemons and orange. Chop the cilantro and add it. Reserve in the fridge.
For salmon, pepper fillets. On a hot plate add a tablespoon of olive oil, place the steaks over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the fire.
For the puree, peel the potatoes and cut them into squares.
Cook the potatoes until they are soft. In a bowl mix the potatoes, butter, Parmesan cheese and salt to taste.
Add the milk little by little until you achieve the desired consistency. Add paprika and parsley to taste.
