Seafood Lasagna

  • Pam® butter, canola oil butter-flavored spray
  • 250 grams shrimp, pacotilla
  • 250 grams octopus, precooked in cubes
  • 100 grams squid, in fillet, precooked in cubes
  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 300 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 500 grams lasagna pasta, precooked in slices
  • 1/3 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups tomato purée
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons parsley, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, cook the onion, garlic, shrimp, octopus, squid, and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the tomato puree and add it to the seafood, let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Spray a baking dish with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, place a layer of lasagna as the base. On top of the lasagna layer, place a base of the seafood sauce that was prepared, parsley, and a little cheese.
  • Drain the tuna separately, and place a layer of it on top of the seafood sauce, then add another layer of lasagna and repeat the process until the desired layers are completed.
