On top of the last layer, place the cheese and bake at 160°C until fully gratinated.
Tips
It is recommended not to exceed four layers as it may fall apart when serving; also, to achieve a good shape when serving, it is advised to let it cool after baking and cut it while cold, and before serving, bake it again.
