1/2 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce, for marinade
1 tomato, roasted, for marinade
1/4 cups water, for marinade
1/4 cups orange juice, for marinade
1/2 kilos shrimp, clean and shelled
1/2 cups lime juice, for marinating
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped

For the sauce, blend the onion with the garlic, chipotle peppers, tomato, water, and orange juice until you achieve a smooth sauce.
In a bowl, place the shrimp with lime juice, salt, and pepper, and marinate for 5 minutes. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and butter, fry the garlic until golden, add the shrimp you marinated earlier and the sauce. Cook for 10 minutes, season to taste and set aside.
Serve with white rice and enjoy.
