Remove the stems and seeds from the El Guapo® California chile pods and the árbol chiles.
In a comal, roast the chiles along with the onion, garlic, and allspice. Remove and soak the chiles in hot water until softened.
Blend the soaked chiles with a little of the soaking liquid, what you previously roasted, the chipotle, Heinz® Ketchup, and salt until you obtain a smooth sauce.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the vegetable oil and cook the sauce for about 10 minutes.
In a deep skillet, heat the butter and cook the onion and garlic. Add the shrimp, cook until they change color, season with salt and pepper. Add the sauce, cook for a few more minutes, and serve with cilantro and white rice.
