2 tablespoons Tajín® Habanero, serving of 45 g, for the sauce
1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar, for the sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil, for the sauce
1/2 cups Lala® Classic Cream, for the dressing
2 tablespoons Tajín® Habanero, for the dressing
chives, finely chopped, for garnish

Mix the Tajín® Habanero with the flour, cornstarch, salt, sparkling water, egg, and paprika in a bowl using a whisk until fully combined, but be careful that the mixture is lump-free.
Dip the shrimp one by one and completely cover them in the previously prepared mixture.
Heat enough oil in a pot over medium heat and fry the shrimp for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Place them on a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
For the sauce: Mix the Crema Lala® Clásica very well with the brown sugar, Tajín® Habanero, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and olive oil in a bowl using a fork or a whisk, then immerse the shrimp and mix carefully to ensure they are well coated.
For the dressing: Mix the Crema Lala® Clásica and the Tajín® Habanero in a bowl using a spoon until fully combined.
Serve the shrimp on a deep plate with wax paper, garnish with the green onions, and accompany with the dressing.
