Smoked Marlin

  • 1 kilo smoked marlin
  • 1 red onion
  • 300 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 Habanero chiles
  • 6 limes
  • 50 grams pitted olives
  • 10 grams dried árbol chile
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Slice the red onion and habanero pepper.
  • Shred the smoked marlin.
  • In a baking dish, place a layer of onion and on top of this, the shredded marlin.
  • Then add the Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, habanero pepper, lime juice, olive oil, olives, ground árbol chili, pepper, and salt.
  • Cover the smoked marlin and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
