1 kilo smoked marlin
1 red onion
300 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 Habanero chiles
6 limes
50 grams pitted olives
10 grams dried árbol chile
1/2 tablespoons black pepper

Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Slice the red onion and habanero pepper.
Shred the smoked marlin.
In a baking dish, place a layer of onion and on top of this, the shredded marlin.
Then add the Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, habanero pepper, lime juice, olive oil, olives, ground árbol chili, pepper, and salt.
Cover the smoked marlin and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
