  • 1 kilo squid
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion, median
  • 1 Jalapeño chile
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • English sauces
  • hot sauces, to taste
  • lime juice, to taste
  • saltine crackers, or toast to accompany

  • Wash and cook the squid until it feels soft.
  • It chops the squid and all the vegetables.
  • They mix well together with all the seasonings, spices and lemon.
  • It is refrigerated for half an hour and served cold.
