Economical and nutritious recipe of tender pieces of squid in a sauce as spicy as you prefer.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo squid
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion, median
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • English sauces
  • spicy sauces, to taste
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • crackers, or toast to accompany

Preparation

Wash and cook the squid until it feels soft.
It chops the squid and all the vegetables.
They mix well together with all the seasonings, spices and lemon.
It is refrigerated for half an hour and served cold.

PRESENTATION

Serve on toast, with a few slices of avocado and coriander leaves.

TIPS

If you want cucumber and tomato you can remove the seeds.
