Sushi Donuts with Salmon, Tuna, Octopus and Shrimp

This great original preparation of sushi donuts with rich toppings of octopus, shrimp, salmon and fresh tuna, with a touch of avocado, cream cheese, fresh cucumber strips and black sesame; it is the ideal preparation to take to any meeting. Do not forget to accompany it with the prepared soy, Tampico and chipotle sauce. Delicious!

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups sushi rice, rinsed
  • 1/8 cups rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 100 grams octopus, cooked and cut into thin, thin slices
  • 100 grams salmon, cut into thin slices
  • 100 grams tuna, cut into thin slices
  • 100 grams shrimp, clean and peeled open in butterfly
  • 1 avocado, cut into thin slices
  • 100 grams cream cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cups black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cups ponzu sauce
  • 1/2 cups Tampico sauce
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chilli sauce

  • Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, add the rice and cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes or until cooked. Spread it on a tray to cool. Reservation.
  • In a bowl mix the vinegar with the sugar, sprinkle over the rice preparation, move with forks so that it does not cake and let it absorb. Reservation.
  • On a board, place a large ring and a small ring in the center, grease with the sesame oil, fill with the rice, compress well, remove the ring. Shape several rice donuts. Reservation.
  • Cover the rice donuts with thin slices of octopus, salmon, tuna and shrimp, place avocado, a slice of cream cheese per donut and at one end completely cover with black sesame and cucumber, add a little Tampico and chipotle sauce.
  • Serve the sushi donuts and accompany with the soy sauce.
