2 tuna steaks
2 flour tortillas, large, for burrito
200 milliliters ponzu sauce
2 limes
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch garlic
200 grams onion, chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil

Cut the tuna into small cubes before putting it in the pan. In a pan with little olive oil put the tuna and onion.
Add the seasonings (soy, lemons, salt, pepper and garlic powder) and stir until the tuna is cooked and all well mixed.
Put the mixture in the tortillas and roll up.
