1 kilo fresh tuna loin, frozen fillet cut
1 cup black sesame seeds
1/2 cups sesame seeds
1 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon lime juice

In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and brown the 2 cloves of garlic for 3 minutes.
Take the tuna fillet and coat it with black and regular sesame seeds.
Sear the tuna fillet in oil for 2 minutes on each side, ensuring to cook all sides of the fish.
Remove the skillet and tuna from the heat. Place the tuna on a cutting board and slice it into thin sashimi slices (as shown in the photo).
Add soy sauce and lemon juice to the sesame oil. Transfer the sauce to a glass dish to accompany the tuna.
