Ingredients: 1 kilo fresh tuna loin, frozen fillet cut; 1 cup black sesame seeds; 1/2 cups sesame seeds; 1 cup soy sauce; 4 tablespoons sesame oil; 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed; 1 tablespoon lime juice

In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and brown the 2 cloves of garlic for 3 minutes. Take the tuna fillet and coat it with black and regular sesame seeds.
