A rich snack for parties or dinners, the sashimi is healthy and very rich. The soy sauce that accompanies it is exquisite.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo fresh tuna, cut into frozen fillets
  • 1 cup black sesame seed
  • 1/2 cups sesame seed
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and brown the 2 cloves of garlic for 3 minutes.
Take the tuna steak and cover it with black and regular sesame seeds.
Seal the tuna steak in the oil for 2 minutes on each side, making sure to cook all sides of the fish.
Remove skillet and tuna from heat. Put the tuna on a cutting board and cut the thin slices of sashimi (as shown in the photo).
Add soy sauce and lemon juice to sesame oil. Pass the sauce to a glass plate to accompany the tuna.

PRESENTATION

To present on a large platter arrange the sauce in the middle and the fan-shaped tuna slices around it.

TIPS

This garlic and soy sauce can be used for all seafood.
