Preparation
In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and brown the 2 cloves of garlic for 3 minutes.
Take the tuna steak and cover it with black and regular sesame seeds.
Seal the tuna steak in the oil for 2 minutes on each side, making sure to cook all sides of the fish.
Remove skillet and tuna from heat. Put the tuna on a cutting board and cut the thin slices of sashimi (as shown in the photo).
Add soy sauce and lemon juice to sesame oil. Pass the sauce to a glass plate to accompany the tuna.
