2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup white onion, finely chopped
2 canned tuna
1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 eggs, stirred

Add the garlic, onion, and drained canned tuna to a bowl and mix very well.
Mix the chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and salt and pepper until well combined.
Add the egg and stir until you have a well-integrated mixture. If necessary, add a little flour to make the mixture easier to handle.
Form patties of the same size using 2 spoons.
Heat a little oil in a skillet and cook the tuna patties on both sides until they are lightly golden.
Serve the tuna patties with a green salad.
