Canned Tuna Patties

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, stirred

  • Add the garlic, onion, and drained canned tuna to a bowl and mix very well.
  • Mix the chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and salt and pepper until well combined.
  • Add the egg and stir until you have a well-integrated mixture. If necessary, add a little flour to make the mixture easier to handle.
  • Form patties of the same size using 2 spoons.
  • Heat a little oil in a skillet and cook the tuna patties on both sides until they are lightly golden.
  • Serve the tuna patties with a green salad.
