4 cans tuna
500 grams Roma tomato, roasted, peeled, and chopped
250 milliliters tomato purée
1/2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 can bell pepper
1 can green olives
2 ladles parsley, finely chopped
olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 potato, large cooked cut into cubes

In a pot with olive oil, sauté the garlic, remove and set aside. In the same pot, sauté the onion and add fresh tomato, let it cook for a while.
Add the tomato puree, ½ can of peppers, and let it season, add half a teaspoon of sugar and add the parsley.
Add the Dolores® canned tuna in water to the sauce, add the green olives and the other half of the peppers, and let it boil.
Garnish with a little parsley and serve.
