In a pot with olive oil, sauté the garlic, remove and set aside. In the same pot, sauté the onion and add fresh tomato, let it cook for a while. Add the tomato puree, ½ can of peppers, and let it season, add half a teaspoon of sugar and add the parsley. Add the Dolores® canned tuna in water to the sauce, add the green olives and the other half of the peppers, and let it boil. Garnish with a little parsley and serve.
