Sprinkle the flour on a flat surface and roll out the puff pastry, measure the circumference using your baking dish to cut two circles, but remember that one of the circles must be larger than the baking dish to cover the corners properly.Place the larger circle in a previously greased round baking dish with butter and flour. Add the tuna filling and cover with the other circle of puff pastry, sealing the edges well to close the tuna pastry.Cut a small slit in the center so that the steam from the filling can escape, then brush the puff pastry with the egg using a brush, being careful not to over-brush. Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
Melt the butter in a pot and cook the onion for 5 minutes, then add Smucker’s® Apricot Jam and the chipotle. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside.
Serve the tuna puff pastry in the same baking dish, garnish with parsley, and accompany with apricot sauce and citrus salad.
