Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter, in cubes; 1 cup onion, finely chopped; 1/2 cups red bell pepper, in small cubes; 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in small cubes; 3 cups canned tuna, drained very well; 1/2 cups tomato, mashed; 1/4 cups olives, slices; 1/4 cups raisins; 1/4 cups almonds, sliced; 2 tablespoons paprika; salt; pepper; flour, to roll out the dough; 500 grams puff pastry; 1 egg, for brushing; 1 teaspoon butter, for the sauce; 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped, for the sauce; 1/4 cups chipotle chile, for the sauce; 1 cup Smucker's® apricot jam, for the sauce; parsley, finely chopped; citrus salad, to accompany

Melt the butter in a skillet, add the onion, and bell pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the tuna and cook for 5 more minutes, until the tuna is very well dried. Add the mashed tomato, paprika, olive, almond, and raisins to the same skillet. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes. Set aside.
