3 potatoes, Peeled, quartered, and cooked
1/2 cups queso fresco, grated
280 grams canned tuna in water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
salt
vegetable oil
lettuce, for serving
tomato, for serving
cucumber, for serving

In a bowl, mash the cooked potatoes.
Mix the potatoes with the fresh cheese, tuna, cornstarch, flour, cilantro, and mix until integrated. Season with salt.
Make potato fritters.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil and fry the fritters on both sides until they are golden brown.
Serve with a fresh salad of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
