30 grams capers
3 Tuny® tuna in oil
1 cup white onion
1 cup tomato
1 clove garlic
4 güero chiles
olive oil
salt and pepper
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites

Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
Have the puff pastry ready, rolled out and placed over a pie mold greased with cooking spray.
In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil.
Add olives, capers to the mixture, and mix.
Add the completely drained tuna and the tomato.
Add chopped peppers, salt, and pepper to taste, and let rest for a minute. Mix the preparation with the egg whites over low heat.
Once ready, pour over the puff pastry and cover with strips of puff pastry.
Brush with egg yolk and place in the oven.
