Puff Pastry Tart Filled with Tuna

  • 30 grams capers
  • 3 Tuny® tuna in oil
  • 1 cup white onion
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 güero chiles
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 egg whites
  • puff pastry

  • Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
  • Have the puff pastry ready, rolled out and placed over a pie mold greased with cooking spray.
  • In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil.
  • Add olives, capers to the mixture, and mix.
  • Add the completely drained tuna and the tomato.
  • Add chopped peppers, salt, and pepper to taste, and let rest for a minute. Mix the preparation with the egg whites over low heat.
  • Once ready, pour over the puff pastry and cover with strips of puff pastry.
  • Brush with egg yolk and place in the oven.
