The classic tuna and potato croquettes but in larger portions and with a fun name. They come accompanied by a very simple yet delicious and original side dish.
Mix the mashed potatoes with the mustard, tuna, tomato, onion, 1 egg, and 1 cup of breadcrumbs. Mix very well with your hands until you have a dough-like consistency.
Form balls the size of an egg. Set aside. In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and season with salt and pepper.
On another plate, place the breadcrumbs with a little salt and pepper.
Dust the potato balls with flour, then dip in the egg, remove the excess, and coat with the breadcrumbs. Repeat this process twice and fry in hot oil.
Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and serve with a bit of couscous salad.
