Ingredients: 500 grams mashed potatoes; 1 cup vegetable oil; 1 tablespoon mustard; 1 pinch nutmeg; 1 tomato, chopped; 1/2 onions, finely chopped; 2 cans tuna; 2 cups bread crumbs; 1 dash cow's milk; 1/2 cups rice flour; 2 eggs

Mix the mashed potatoes with the mustard, tuna, tomato, onion, 1 egg, and 1 cup of breadcrumbs. Mix very well with your hands until you have a dough-like consistency. Form balls the size of an egg. Set aside. In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and season with salt and pepper. On another plate, place the breadcrumbs with a little salt and pepper.
