Tuna Bowl

  • 1 cup sushi rice, Cooked
  • 250 grams fresh tuna loin, diced
  • 2 tablespoons itto sauce, chipotle
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cups avocado, diced

  • Marinate the tuna with 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and chipotle itto sauce to taste.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar to cooked sushi rice and stir.
  • In a bowl, serve the rice, add the tuna with the sauce in which it is marinated, add chives and avocado to taste.
