250 grams fresh tuna loin, diced
2 tablespoons itto sauce, chipotle
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 cups avocado, diced

Marinate the tuna with 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and chipotle itto sauce to taste.
Add 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar to cooked sushi rice and stir.
In a bowl, serve the rice, add the tuna with the sauce in which it is marinated, add chives and avocado to taste.
