Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup sushi rice, Cooked
  • 250 grams fresh tuna, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons itto sauce, of chipotle
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy
  • 1 tablespoon siracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cups avocado, in cubes

Preparation

Marina the tuna with 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and chipotle sauce to taste.
To the cooked sushi rice add 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar and stir.
