One way to surprise family and friends is with this novel preparation where tuna is the main ingredient and the presentation is very appetizing. Ideal as a main dish but also serves as a snack or appetizer.

3 cans tuna
2 eggs
1/2 bolillo rolls
1/2 cups cola
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 lime

The bolillo is soaked in cola soda, and once it absorbs it, it is squeezed.
In a bowl, the drained tuna is placed and crumbled.
The soaked and squeezed bread is added.
Chopped onion and parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper, oil, and the two egg yolks are added.
Separately, the 2 egg whites are beaten to a stiff peak and added to the mixture, stirring to combine.
A baking dish is greased with butter and a little bread crumbs is sprinkled.
The preparation is poured into the dish, a little bread crumbs is sprinkled on top, and it is baked at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Insert the tip of a knife, and if it comes out clean, it is ready.
