Ingredients

4 servings

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Mexican french bread roll
  • 1/2 Cup of Cola drink
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 green lemon
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    He begins to soak the bobbin in the Cola soda, after which he absorbed it is squeezed.
    In a fret the tuna is already drained and disintegrates.
    The bread is soaked and squeezed.
    Add the chopped onion and parsley, the lemon juice, salt and pepper, oil and the two egg yolks.
