Tuna Pie with Cheese

  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 100 grams canned tuna
  • 1/2 cups Chihuahua cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 45 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 tablespoons water, fry

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Prepare the dough with one and a half cups of flour, butter, oil, salt, and 5 to 6 tablespoons of cold water, mix everything gently with your fingers, form a ball, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Boil the milk and let it cool a bit.
  • Beat the eggs with one tablespoon of flour, 1/4 tablespoon of salt, 1/4 tablespoon of pepper, and the chopped onion.
  • Roll out the pie dough, line a mold with it, and poke it with a fork.
  • On top, add the tuna, diced cheese, and the milk and egg mixture.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
