2 cups mashed potatoes
50 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
200 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
salt, to taste
pinches pepper
320 grams Poblano chile, roasted and peeled
250 milliliters tomato purée

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the mashed potatoes with the tuna, cilantro, cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the tops off the chiles and cut four sheets of parchment paper, placing a chili on each one.
Add two tablespoons of tuna and potato and form rolls.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve them and drizzle with tomato puree.
