Tuna Rolls

A delicious tuna recipe that works very well as a main dish since it is very complete. The family will love it for how tasty and nutritious it is. It is also ideal for a dinner with guests.

  • 1 tuna
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 50 grams fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 200 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • salt, to taste
  • pinches pepper
  • 320 grams Poblano chile, roasted and peeled
  • 250 milliliters tomato purée

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the mashed potatoes with the tuna, cilantro, cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the tops off the chiles and cut four sheets of parchment paper, placing a chili on each one.
  • Add two tablespoons of tuna and potato and form rolls.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Serve them and drizzle with tomato puree.
