Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tuna
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 50 grams fresh coriander, chopped
  • 200 grams Oaxaca cheese, unraveled
  • salt, to taste
  • pinches black pepper
  • 320 grams poblano pepper, roasted and peeled
  • 250 milliliters mashed tomatoes

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the mashed potatoes with the tuna, cilantro, cheese and salt and pepper.
Cut the upper part of the chilies and cut four sheets of the parchment paper, in each one place a chili.
Add two tablespoons of tuna and potato and form rolls.
