  • 1 cup Kikkoman Ponzú® Soy Sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups chives, for the sauce
  • 2 teaspoons broken chile, for the sauce
  • 4 nori
  • 1 1/2 cups rice for sushi, steamed
  • 1/2 cups mango, in slices
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, in sheets
  • 1 cup tuna, in sheets
  • cilantro sprouts

  • Combine Kikkoman Ponzú® Soy Sauce, scallions, and crushed chili in a bowl. Mix until well combined and set aside.
  • Cut the seaweed in half and place it on a flat surface. Add a little rice to one half of the seaweed and add a slice of mango, a slice of cucumber, and a slice of tuna diagonally. Roll it up.
  • Garnish the sushi with cilantro sprouts and serve with the sauce made with Kikkoman Ponzú® Soy Sauce.
