Combine Kikkoman Ponzú® Soy Sauce, scallions, and crushed chili in a bowl. Mix until well combined and set aside.
Cut the seaweed in half and place it on a flat surface. Add a little rice to one half of the seaweed and add a slice of mango, a slice of cucumber, and a slice of tuna diagonally. Roll it up.
