Tuna with Sesame and Sriracha Sauce

1 Dolores® tuna medallion
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1/2 cups sesame seeds, black and white
salt and pepper

itto sauce, optional
Preparation

Marinate the tuna with honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
On a plate, place black and white sesame seeds; on top of this, add the marinated tuna. Coat it until it is completely covered.
Sear it with a little coconut oil, approximately 4 minutes on each side. The center should remain reddish.
Garnish with itto sauce and a bit of green onion on top.
