Tuna with Sesame and Sriracha Sauce

Breaded Tuna with 2 Types of Sesame Seeds and Sriracha Sauce, delicious for a light, spicy, and tasty meal. You can accompany this delicious dish with steamed vegetables or a rich butter pasta.

  • 1 Dolores® tuna medallion
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cups sesame seeds, black and white
  • salt and pepper

  • itto sauce, optional

  • Marinate the tuna with honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • On a plate, place black and white sesame seeds; on top of this, add the marinated tuna. Coat it until it is completely covered.
  • Sear it with a little coconut oil, approximately 4 minutes on each side. The center should remain reddish.
  • Garnish with itto sauce and a bit of green onion on top.
