Preparation
Marina tuna with honey, soy, Siracha sauce, chopped chives, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
Place black and white sesame seeds on a plate; on this the tuna already marinated. Spray it until it is completely covered.
Seal it with a little coconut oil, approximately 4 minutes on each side. The center should be reddish.
Garnish with itto sauce and a little chives on top.
