Apple and Spinach Puree

This puree is very good for babies aged 6 to 12 months, as green leaves help prevent impurities in your baby's skin and help avoid atopic dermatitis. Give it to your baby and take care of their nutrition and skin based on this.

  • 1 apple, washed and disinfected
  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and disinfected, without stems

  • Using a peeler, remove the skin from the apple. Core and cut into medium-sized pieces.
  • In a pot of boiling water, cook the apple for 7 to 10 minutes or until soft. Remove.
  • In the same pot, cook the spinach for 2 minutes. Remove.
  • Blend the apples and spinach with a little of the cooking water until it becomes a puree.
  • Cool and serve.
