Fruit Smoothie with Bolillo

A nutritious smoothie accompanied by a tasty sandwich and a small treat for dessert, prepare this delicious smoothie and fill it with vitamins.

  • 2/3 glasses orange juice
  • 1/4 apples
  • 1/2 slices melon
  • 1 handful cranberries
  • 1 bolillo roll, cut in half, without crumb
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cream
  • 1 slice turkey deli ham
  • 1 slice potato, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 slices pineapple
  • 1 slice panela cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 chewy candies
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Blend the orange juice, apple with skin, melon, and blueberry (without any sugar). Place it in your well-sealed plastic jar.
  • Put olive oil in the pan, let it heat for a few seconds, then add the potato cut into small cubes and the pineapple in small pieces. Once the potato with the pineapple is golden, add the panela cheese, just to heat it up, do not let it melt, and remove from heat.
  • Slice the bolillo or telera in half, remove the crumb, spread light cream on the bolillo or telera, insert the slice of turkey ham and place 2 tablespoons of fried potato pieces with pineapple, a drop of honey, and panela cheese inside this slice (do not add salt).
  • For dessert, include 2 chewy Coronado candies.
