Hawaiian Pizza on the Pan

Thanks to your Presto® with Teflon™ pan, you can prepare a delicious Hawaiian pizza without the need for an oven. Moreover, this crispy and flavorful pan pizza recipe is quick, practical, and made with easily obtainable ingredients.   • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 grams dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup water, warm
  • cooking spray
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup deli ham, diced
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, into small triangles
  • potato, wedge, for serving
  • beer, for serving

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and butter, and add the water gradually.
  • Knead until you have a firm and even consistency. Form a ball and place it in a previously greased bowl. Cover with a lid and let it rest until it doubles in size.
  • With the help of your hands, remove the excess air from your dough.
  • Roll out with a rolling pin, wrap, and cover the Presto® with Teflon™ pan with the dough, cut the edges and use your fingers to shape the rim. Cook on low heat on both sides.
  • Add the tomato sauce, cheese, ham, pineapple and cook until the cheese melts.
  • Serve with wedges of potatoes and a beer, and enjoy.
