5 tablespoons parsley, chopped
3 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons ground dried chili
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cups water, warm
1/2 cups wine vinegar
1 cup safflower oil

Heat the water, preferably in the container where the chimichurri will be stored.
Mix the dry ingredients (oregano and chili), then add them to the water to hydrate.
Add the garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, vinegar, and oil to the container, mix, and it's ready.
