On a cutting board, cut the Zwan® Leg Ham into small squares.
In a bowl, mix the onion with the tomato, celery, cucumber, yellow corn, paprika, the Zwan® Leg Ham cubes, Greek yogurt, honey, mustard, lemon juice, and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Mix evenly and refrigerate until use.
With the help of a knife, cut the avocado horizontally, trying to turn the avocado on the edge of the knife and not the other way around; this is the safest way to do it. Open and remove the pit, pour lemon juice over the avocado to prevent oxidation. Set aside until use.
Fill the avocado with the salad and garnish with chopped parsley.
